Q. What is the firmness and height of the #KindlyPillow?
It is a versatile pillow, suitable for both side sleepers and back sleepers. It is a standard size, and fits inside a standard pillow case. It is gusseted, which provides good neck support. Our pillow is medium-firm, and the gusseting holds the shape well to ensure a comfortable, long life pillow.

Q. What materials is the #KindlyPillow made from?
We trialled hundreds of pillows to find the best. We trialled latex, memory foam, 100% cotton, and goose down. We found that poly fill, inside a gusseted 100% cotton casing is the hardest wearing, consistently comfortable pillow you can get. We want our pillows be easy to clean, and consistently comfortable. It is antibacterial and low allergen.

We offer a full refund, we want you to be 100% satisfied.
Q. How do I care for my #KindlyPillow?
Our pillow is machine washable, in cool water. Add a small amount of detergent, and do not use fabric softeners. Air dry in sunlight, lying flat.

Social Enterprises are cause-driven businesses, whose objective is to return a portion of the profits to social causes or contribute to society. Profit is not the primary motivation of the business, it is to improve the lives of others less fortunate. Profit is important in so much as it enables investment into social works and reinvestment in operations.

A business which makes business decisions with an ethics-based approach to issues effecting society, such as the environment, fair trade principles, and community development.
Q. Where does the money donated go to?
We donate 50% of our profits, with our partner charities for 2019 being WISHIN and Women’s Housing Ltd. These organisations support women experiencing homelessness and provide them with long-term affordable housing options. We aim to donate $5,000 to these charities in 2019, and to provide 500 pillows to women and families experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, housing stress. It is important that sustainable and ethical products are available to all, allowing real options for lower income peoples to avoid unethical producers such as Kmart, Target, Walmart. We offer 35% discounts to students, pensioners and low-income earners. Simply email us for a discount code. We’re passionate about making it accessible for everyone to purchase quality, ethical sourced, and sustainable made goods for everyone.
Q. What are the products packaged and sent in?
Products are posted in a 100% compostable mailer bag, which you can place in your home compost to watch it break down naturally. We refuse any single use plastic in our supply chain. Our packaging changes from time to time, depending on trends and availability, it is always recycled materials and/or compostable.
